These
days, most modern diesel vehicles are equipped
with electronically controlled diesel injection.
The electronic control system (ECU) was
developed fit into the growing technological
world market and has certain limitations
and tolerances. The Power Plug was developed
as an on line plug-in control system that
enables us to adjust the signals to the
ECU, in this way the air and the fuel mixture,
pump time, turbo pressure and injection
pressure are optimised. The big advantage
of the Power Plug is that the original ECU
and its wiring stay in tack. Therefore,
you just plug it in and go! |
The
Power Cooler is an air-to-air cooler that
functions on the same principles as the
water-cooling system on the vehicle. Hot
air from the turbo chargers is conducted
through the intercooler before the air enters
the engine. The Power Cooler lowers the
inlet-temperatures by as much as 70%. By
firstly cooling the compressed air before
it enters the engine we ensure that more
effective combustion takes place, which.
in turn, leads to safer combustion temperatures
as well as an improvement in performance.
Therefore, the end result is better performance
at all engine revolutions as well as a higher
level at reliability due to lower combustion
temperatures. |
